Our Team

Chef Ernesto Torres Lemus was born in Acapulco, Mexico and has been cooking since he was 18 years old. Eliana & Ernesto met in 2017 while working at a farm-to-table establishment, and from there they traveled around the country gaining experience in the restaurant industry and local food systems. In 2023, Elli, Ernesto and Maria Lemus (mom) started Sentli as a pop-up in Albuquerque, NM.
