Our Story

Sentli is a culinary project headed by Eliana Levy & Ernesto Torres Lemus celebrating the use of masa in pre-hispanic Mexican dishes. Ernesto combines decades of food industry experience with a love for traditional ingredients, techniques and local sourcing.

Sentli means “corn” in Nahuatl, which has been a fundamental indigenous food for thousands of years across the American continents.
